| Relaxed and comfortable clothing for your optimal learning. Ideally bring extra clothing or dress in layers, as the training room's air-conditioning will be set for some to feel just right and for others it may be too hot or too cold. The room may have air pockets and you may need an extra layer or to remove an extra layer of clothing to feel comfortable as you move about the training room. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Ideally you will have been practicing and practicing your NLP and NS patterns you have learnt in Module 1 and Module 2, or from your NLP/NS Practitioner and Master Practitioner Training. During this Module (3a) we move away from coaching with patterns, to conversational coaching. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Reading through your manuals from each of these trainings and also the pre-requisite reading for each Module will accelerate your learning. To be eligible for certification from Module 3a you will have completed reading the following pre-requisite reading. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Get ready to identify your strengths, optimise your weaknesses and to have a lot of fun! Ensure you have prepared yourself to be away from work, business and family for the 8 days of the training, as it is a genuine eight day intensive and learning environment. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Ideally you will arrive at the training and have prepared to maintain your fitness and optimal eating for your specific needs as you imagine yourself embarking upon an eight day boot camp! What would you prepare in advance physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and energetically to be at your best for growth and learning? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This may include bringing food with you that you know your body needs when learning, it may be ensuring you discover the morning walking tracks, or preparing to workout in the gym at lunch or dinner breaks. It may be preparing your team at work to self manage with out you. It may be determining how to manage your email and down time each evening after the training. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The training is designed to help you discover your limits and your edge, and in this way can be emotionally and mentally demanding. While designed in a diverse and accelerated training format, some can experience the extended hours as demanding.
