Michelle Duval

Michelle Duval is an inspiring international Master Coach, Speaker, Trainer, and founding CEO of Equilibrio, one of the first Coaching organisations in the world, specialising in performance, developmental and transformational Coaching. Within six months of starting her coaching practice, Michelle had built a full-time practice (25-35 hours of face-to-face coaching per week) with a three month waiting list she maintains, more than ten years on.

Masterfully working with Organisations, CEO’s, Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs, Performers, Parents and Children, Michelle brings a unique flexibility and diversity into her coaching style. Her clients are from many fields and walks of life, including IT, Marketing, Telecommunications, Radio, Photography, Film, TV, Hotels, Finance, Theatre and, of course, many unique individuals, couples and families.

Apart from being a naturally gifted and intuitive coach, Michelle uses advanced coaching technology from the Cognitive Behavioural Sciences, including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro Semantics (NS). Michelle is a Certified Trainer in both of these fields. She is also a certified Workplace Trainer and Assessor, Certificate IV, and holds advanced qualifications in Hypnosis and Values. Michelle was the founding Committee Chair for Professional Development for the International Coaching Federation Australasia (ICF) and the ICF Sydney Chapter 2000-2001. In 2002 she co-founded the international Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) with Dr Hall.

Michelle is the co-author of Coaching Change and Coaching Conversations and has been recently featured in The Secrets of Great Success Coaches Exposed, alongside, Dr John Demartini, Dr John Gray, Pip McKay, and 12 other international Coaches.

Pip McKay

Pip McKay is a leader in the field of NLP, an exceptional speaker and extraordinary personal coach. Her style is intuitive, fun, profound, entertaining and informative.

Currently CEO and Head Trainer of Evolve Now! Mind Institute, Pip has coached and trained hundreds of people from a wide range of backgrounds for the last seven years. She specialises in Personal and Success Coaching, helping people to achieve personal goals in business, career, relationships, family, and health, while also facilitating people to overcome old habits and old programming they learnt in their past. To facilitate this process, Pip pioneered Matrix Therapies, which combines NLP and other techniques with Pip’s vast experience of working with clients.

Pip also coaches children. Having been labeled with dyslexia and ADHD herself, she is passionate about giving adults and children alternative learning and behavioural strategies. She is a qualified English and Drama teacher, having taught in schools for 12 years. She has a BA Honours degree in English Literature and a Dip Ed with Distinction from Sydney University, where she won Dux of her class and gained the PR Cole Memorial Prize for Excellence. Pip also studied acting in New York with renowned actor and teacher Uta Hagen and this gives her training a unique style.

Pip was the Corporate Director and Trainers’ Trainer of Accelerated Learning Worldwide and developed much of their course material. She has worked with personnel from organisations as varied as Mallesons Law Firm, NRMA, MBF, the UN and the St Kilda Football Team. She was the Educational Officer of the Sydney Theatre Company, acting teacher at Darlinghurst Theatre and had her own acting training company called Spark Productions.

Pip was the Founding Co-Vice Chair of the Australian Board of NLP and convened their inaugural conference, bringing Joseph O’Connor to Australia for the first time. Pip is considered an innovator within the field and has numerous CD and DVDs produced that cover topics as varied as business skills, sales and marketing, emotional clearing and working with children with learning issues. She features alongside Michelle Duval in the book Secrets of Great Success Coaches Exposed. Pip continues to run NLP and Matrix Therapies Programs, including NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainers’ Training.

Graham Richardson

Recognised as a pioneering Executive Coach in Australia, Graham is renowned for his million dollar plus annual income from Coaching. Graham’s career includes Managing Director, Board Member and Senior Executive positions in advertising and marketing. Working for three of the world’s top advertising agencies, and servicing the world’s top brands and services, he had intimate contact, at senior levels, with such business sectors as FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Personal Care, Food, Liquor, Government Agencies, Airline and Travel, and Tobacco.

His success has always been based on developing outstanding relationships with clients, where he has proved able to stabilise large, difficult situations and turn them to everyone’s advantage. He has found that building team structures, with highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic members, constantly produces extraordinary results for clients and service organisations alike.

He has been coaching Senior Executives for over seven years, with over 12,000 hours of coaching in total. Graham is passionate about the human element in business and is dedicated to helping top management realise their personal and corporate goals in making a difference for themselves and others.

Graham is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, an accredited International Neuro-Semantic Trainer, and Master Coach, and is a qualified Train The Trainer through AIM, a graduate High Performance Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
